Awful Odor on rug

I thought it was a gas leak and called the gas co., but it was from the rugs. I had them professionally cleaned and the odor was still there. I put them inside the garage to get cold.fresh air exposure and that didn't work. I talked to the store mgr. and he referred me to the 800 Target line. After being transferred several times, Target explained that Luxe Weavers is a third party to Target who makes and ships these rugs, therefore, nothing could be done to refund or return them. Do not buy!
