the plastic had small holes in it allow water to soak up on a rainy day, the end of the rug is kinda crunchy from shipping or storage

love this rug ! the colors are as see online and the price is right. the reason for only 4 stars is that the packing tape was sticky and on the rug making it not as soft in one area but I believe it will rub off.... thanks Mark & Day for making my kitchen warm and cozy !

I love this rug! It is the exact size we needed for our living room. It is totally pet friendly too. They have been wrestling on it and no snags! We have 3 dogs and one is GIANT. The color is exactly as described and the edges laid flat fast. It’s hard to order decorative items online as colors can deceive but the rug was close to what I expected. Very pleased with the choice. Depending on the lighting, it presents more blue on the edges than the dark taupe as even my photo shows, but still a lovely find.
