The seller cancelled my order without even a notification. Customers need to be notified when their orders are changed in any way. If a business made a mistake, then the right thing to do is to notify a customer with an explanation and an apology, rather than silently making their order disappear.

I really wanted to love this chair and initially I did. It was a perfect size for my small nursery, smaller than most recliners, and it was comfy. Unlike the other review, I thought it was easy to push down the recliner and appreciated that it snapped back down. It is a little darker than pictured but not by much. My problem with it is that about 6 months after getting it one of the side panels snapped off on the front connection. It’s near impossible to fix without taking the upholstery off the chair. Very unfortunate after spending $300 on a chair.

this is a good chair. it rocks smoothly. I just wish the back of the chair wasn't stuffed so much. once it gets broken in it'll be better, but the chair is kind of uncomfortable to sit in.

The color is darker than what it appears in the pictures. Looks nice for the price, but definitely looks nicer in the picture than in person. Foot rest is also very difficult to put down, and that’s without holding a baby in my arms while trying to do so. I’m afraid of how that will go once baby is here. Overall, not as happy with the chair as I was hoping to be.
