I ordered 20 binders, their local distribution warehouse only had 19. They had 1 (ONE) shipped from another location in it's own box, and it made it on time. I'm sure they lost $ on that shipment for one single binder. Their commitment to customers is just top notch. The Binder is high quality and at a great price. Thank you Target!
