Q: How many should one use per panel?
A: I use one package per panel. You don't want the panel to sag along the top because there is too much space between clips.
submitted bymep1027 - 7 years agoA: I would like to say that this answer was way too hard to find! This information should be in the item description as a recommendation. “One pack per panel recommended” is all that’s necessary to say.
submitted byMeganAB - 3 months agoA: Hi mmppbb - Great question! The amount of clips need per panel would depend on how wide and heavy each panel is. Feel free to read over the reviews to see what other guests have done. Thanks for stopping by! - Andrea

Q: These say brushed nickel but the picture looks chrome. Do they look like brushed nickel or shiny chrome!
A: Hi Cw, you are right. We checked the production sample and they do look quite “shiny” for being Brushed Nickel. Although the plating process is Brushed Nickel obviously in the polishing process they became quite shiny. Thanks for bringing this to our attention.
submitted byProduct Expert - 4 years agoBrand expertA: Hi CW - Thanks for asking about these durable and decorative Curtain Clip Rings. They are brush nickel and will fit in with a wide variety of decors. I hope they find a place in your home. - Mark

Q: can i remove the clip so i can add it to a binder ring which will open.
A: Hi arootdigger, sorry, but the rings do not open.
submitted byProduct Expert - 4 years agoBrand expertA: The clips are attached to the rings with open-ended hooks. They're bent so they won't just fall off the rings, but you can easily pop them off if you're doing it intentionally.

Q: I'm assuming that you need 7 curtain ring clips per 54inch wide panel, right?
A: Hi gme1027 – Thanks for asking! The curtain industry recommends using 7 drapery rings to hang each 50"W rod pocket panel, and 13 rings to hang each 100"W rod pocket panel. I hope this helps. – Anita
submitted byAnita - 7 years agoTarget staff supportA: I find that the answer to this question is more a matter of personal taste. I didn't like how "flat" my panel looked using the recommended "rings to inches" amount. I was hanging valances, not full length panels. The valances were also being hung in a 10' high ceiling room and the fabric of the valance was a medium-weight cotton. I wanted/needed a more fuller look. I used more rings than suggested. I used 11 rings for a 50" width of curtain. I'm glad I did!

Q: I have an unusual curtain length which other than custom is impossible to find 88". I am wondering if I purchased a curtain in standard 84" and added the clip rings if it could work?
A: Hi Juanita, I measured the clip rings as they are currently hanging. They are almost 3 inches. So, it sounds like you'll be about an inch short in meeting your 88". You may be able to purchase standard curtains and let out the seam to make up the length; OR just buy longer curtains and have the hem changed to fit without the rings. If you aren't up to sewing them yourself, local cleaners/tailors might be a good place to inquire for reasonable prices. Best of luck!
submitted byNic - 8 years agoA: No--at most, it would only add 1 inch to the length. Consider buying 96 inch curtains and having them hemmed.
