Get these while you can, they just went on clearance for $3 and the colors as well as design is very beautiful and modern. Nice thick material so they are a bit on the heavier side.

Color is a lighter gray than the photo. Not brown/gray…just gray. Idk why Target is afraid of (truly) warmer toned colors with their products. Blah. Not as pictured. Will be returning.

Rims on plates CHIP EASILY! Not to mention if your dishwasher tunes are nice wide…theses will not fit properly. I’m still using what’s left of mine (3 sets) after 4 years…minus 10 salad plates).

I've had these plates (and the rest of the set) for about 3 years now, and not a single one has broken. I came back to leave a review after I dropped one from 5 feet off the ground, and there wasn't a scratch on it after. My guests always say they love the lip on the edge of the plates which is both a nice look and practical in helping get food on your fork. The other reviews are correct in that the color and design did slightly change. The new ones are more gray and the edges are slightly more rounded. I have a mix of the old ones (like the picture listed) and the new ones and I don't mind that they aren't exactly the same as stoneware can vary anyway.

Good plate, but they are different than the same plate from a year ago. I broke a plate and needed a replacement. The store version and one I ordered online both don’t match the set I already have. Lighter gray, less speckled. Now I have to replace all of my dishes if I want to have more than three large plates.

we love the feel of these plates.they are a beautiful color and nice size. added bonus, which is hard to know buying online.. they don't make a horrible sound if the fork slides across it. whew!

I ordered a set of 6 of these thinking they’re brown or darker in color but they turned out to be gray??? So I cancelled my order but I think the quality is good. It just didn’t look as advertised

The plates came in different shades of blue, not a single plate matches. They also scratch immediately upon use. The plates are ok, but I wouldn’t buy them again. Also, not anything to do with the product itself, but the packaging/shipping was a disgrace. The box was half open on both the top and bottom. The box was far too large for the quantity of plates, leaving room for glass to bounce all around the box during transit…hence why one plate was completely shattered.
