Q: Is the material loud? I had a comforter that was another brand and had to return it because it was so crinkly and loud. Like sleeping under a tarp.

Q: I have a queen bed if I purchase a King size will it be too big?

A: A queen bed measures 60 x 80 inches - so our 120 x 120 colossal comforter will have 30 inches left on each side and 40 in the front of the bed. Of course when your in bed your body volume will reduce that by appx 10-20 inches per person. So will it be big - yes it will. But if you have a cover thief then this will offer you a level of extra material with which to stay snuggly still. Thanks, DOWNLITE

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had the same Downlite comforter for almost 2 years. It was great and held up well. Bought another to replace the old one. In 2 years this product has changed. It’s now lighter weight, has less filling and it’s not the bright white color it used to be. We could tell all this because they were side by side and honestly if it weren’t for some of the stains on the old comforter you would have thought that was the new one. I tried everything too- shaking it, fluffing it, letting it sit out but it’s been 2 weeks and the old one still looks and feels better. Not sleeping as good either so now we are looking for a different brand.

But recently my husband and I have been having fights over the covers and it doesn't help when our 15# dogs sleeps right in the middle of us. So I searched for an extra large King comforter and found this one. We have had it for a couple of weeks and absolutely LOVE it!! My husband says he doesn't even notice me getting out of bed in the morning, we don't fight over the covers. The only draw back is that it is incredibly so comfortable and warm that it makes getting out of bed in the morning extra hard! I wish I had found this comforter sooner.

I would say that 4 stars is pretty positive, but it could be worth more like 3 stars. It's hot. Way too hot for Alabama, or in general. I'm not sure where everyone lives or how they sleep, but it will only be able to be used in the winter. Yes, it's fluffy, cozy, soft and huge. I knew it was huge, but honestly it's so much more the manage that I had hoped. If you could find something not as long but will still hang over as much on the sides, that would be perfect... So now I'm thinking of taking it to the seamstress to get part of it cut off. Not to mention the wrinkles are horrible and make it look so messy. They wouldn't come out.

Do not purchase. It is nice out of the package but trash once you wash it! I followed washing instructions and all of the stuffing clumped up in random balls. It is a lumpy sheet now.

When one person raised the head, foot or both there is still enough comforter for the other to stay covered . The weight is nice and light doesn’t weight down on your feet.
