Q: Is there a sequence to pushing on/off/mode? Can’t get them to stay on for more than a few seconds
A: I have this same problem with every set purchased.

submitted byEllen - 11 months agoA: I have to go out each night and flip the solar panel upside down. They'll stay on until they lose power (usually 4 - 5 hours), but i'm still trying to figure out how to make them turn on automatically

Q: How do you get them to turn on automatically?
A: They can automatically turn on when the environment is dark enough and when it has been charged up by solar.
submitted byJc - 11 months agoA: Back of the panel upper left side is a mode button, To the right off/on button .The buttons are covered with a flexible rubber as you press on the button you can feel a knob press down to turn on.

Q: One of the light bulbs went out. Is there a specific light bulb I can use to replace it?

Q: What is the mode button for? How does it change the setting?
A: Hey LC - We appreciate your interest in this Solar Outdoor Orb and Globe String Lights. The buttons are covered with a flexible rubber as you press on the button you can feel a knob press down to turn on and after that the lights will turn on automatically. This light has only 1 constant setting. Hope this helps! - Josh

Q: Are these waterproof? I read some reviews that say they had problems with that so want to double check that they are all weather

Q: I need a longer set of lights. Can I attach several strings of lights?
A: Hello susan- Thank you for the inquiry. The string lights are powered by a solar rechargeable battery pack that is intended for one string of 10 bulbs. It is not intended to connect multiple strings of lights together in a series. I hope this helps! - Kris

Q: Mine only stay on a few seconds even though I have charged them all day and I have to turn it off then on again. Any trouble shooting suggestions?
