Provides plastic dowels and asks you use a hand screwdriver to drive a screw into it. Is this a joke? Even power drill won't cut it without breaking it all apart. Waste of time and money.

The worst thing I have bought from Target in a long time. I finally went to put it together and it is a joke. I would return it but I bought it almost a year ago. So it is going in the trash. It was very disappointing!

Bought this to use as a bookcase for a small space and assuming I got lucky with the box I was shipped, it's a pretty decent build. The key is to go slow and let the weight of the shelves do a lot of the work. My only complaints are that the nails are tricky to work with (had to use pliers to hold them steady) and the bulky screw caps are ugly (seriously why do they have to stick out from every side of the case?). Now that the books are in it's a sturdy unit, but be aware that there's a wobble without added weight due to the a screw cap at the bottom. I might remove it or add 4 non-slip foam coasters to the corners.

You have to lay on floor to assemble and you have to be very careful or you could chip it. The dowels go in first the instructions were very clear. This would be something you might throw out if you moved

So frustrating! Are you supposed to screw the screws INTO the dowels? Bad instructions! The holes to screw the large screws in line up exactly with the short dowels. It’s hard to screw manually. Not sure if I have a bunk box.

Have a three-cube organizer and it’s decent. Can’t say the same for the six-cube version. For one, there is a screw at the top and bottom of the center column, making the shelf not sit stable on the floor. On top of that, the dowels do not keep the shelves from sliding. As for assembly, this is so flimsy that the hammering the nails will immediately cause cracking and chipping, making the shelf unusable.
