A: If this were a piece of furniture, the depth would be, for example, distance from the wall. Width is as stated. Height would be as stated. In the case of this basket. 8" tall is the height.

Really cute baskets. I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 because the size of them is not always uniform. I had to exchange one because it was supposed to be the same size but varied a little bit. They're lined up on a shelf so it would've been noticeable. Target is really great about online and in-store returns though so it was easily fixed.

I like these for organizing my kids toys, it says they fit the 11” cube systems but I found them to be small for the cubes. I would prefer the basket to be taller and wider to maximize storage.

The dimensions are very misleading. I thought the basket was 11” tall but it is 8” tall. To be fair I didn’t look at the specifications first. I assumed it was 11” tall on the photo. There is nothing about this basket that is 11”. Confusing. Disappointing. The best fabric baskets! I have these all over the house. I store small toys in them and also have one for our quiet corner. I put sensory toys and books for my toddler. They are affordable, aesthetically pleasing, come in 2 colors and soft / safe for kids handling.

I love these baskets in all the colors and sizes. I have a daycare and use them to store the toys at a kid friendly level. They make the space attractive and cozy. The baskets are durable and stand up to 12 kids playing with them daily. They wash easily with the leather handles removed but stay pretty clean in general. They hold their shape well and none of the 20 or so that I own have come unraveled. I’ve also used them as Easter baskets for my 3 teens.

LOVE these baskets. I got a few for our bookcase for storage. I have holiday table linens in one, all year table linens in the next and small games and puzzles in the bottom basket. Looks great in our IKEA bookcase. Going to start getting more to replace the room essential fabric cube bins I have for the kids toys. I have 2 for the kids storage bins and they fit lots of toys. Sad Target retired the light gray before I could finish replacing.

The newest one I purchased is a lot more flimsy than the two I had originally bought. I needed a replacement because a marker leaked through and left a stain, and then it spread. Very disappointed in the new one and unsure what has changed. It lacks structure. You can tell by the photo which one is which. I’d still recommend because they’re cute and stylish, but would not recommend for holding heavier items that could tip it over.
