Arrived broken. I don’t think I’ve ever gotten something fragile delivered by target NOT broken… What standards can be implemented to prevent sending shattered items? This pitcher was wrapped in a layer of paper, in a small box, inside a larger box. Idk how a larger box would act as insulation when the smaller box is rolling around freely inside. It seems like a guarantee to breaking. Anyway, now this item is sold out. A waste of time, a waste of me getting my hopes up, and now I have a box of shattered ceramic to deal with.

I love this thing. It is so cute and quite substantial. The pitcher was packaged wonderfully and arrived in perfect condition.

I know these sell out quite fast, great ceramic quality, great design, great price! my only con, is the creases on the inside of the bottom of the ghost, will be a a bit tricky to clean. but overall a great purchase if you are hosting any halloweeen get tpogethers or for the halloween girlies all year round.

This is so adorable and will make a perfect addition to a party! I love it even without using it- it makes a great decoration on the table. It was wrapped really well and arrived completely fine!

The first one I ordered came broken I called customer service and they were able to resend another one. I love it is nice quality at a great price.

Spoke to customer service to ensure the item was packed properly. The reviews worried me but I really wanted the pitcher. SO SO happy that the note was taken into consideration and it arrived packed well enough that it arrived in perfect condition. Love it! So cute !!

I’m giving the pitcher three stars because it’s adorable but, like others have mentioned, the shipping isn’t great. Mine arrived with a crack down the entire front. Glad other reviews mentioned this so I was careful while opening the package and didn’t send tiny ceramic shards all over the place.

I got lucky, i happened to get the last two on the site. I ordered both because I know the packaging sucks! I had a feeling they would come broken and one did! I got lucky with the other one, it was fine.

Arrived shattered due to poor packaging. Box was too big with very little padding. Very disappointed since it is rarely in stock. The pitcher is adorable but sadly it’s broken.

It is unbelievable what little care went into packaging a ceramic pitcher. Who ever packaged it needs not only some more training on packaging but also how to take some pride in your job. Customer service tried to say that they have no control how the carrier handles packages. Sorry Target, but this was purely lack of care on one of YOUR employees. Seriously do better. How do you rate an item you NEVER even got to use?

Thankful my ghost came in without damage ! Packaging was just one wrap of cardboard paper ! How sad. Target needs to get better shipping partners. On the other hand I’m happy I waited until this item was back in stock! I will never pay reseller prices ! My five stars is for the product only ! Beware when ordering breakable items from target !

Love the item but very disappointed in the shipping department. Very poorly packed, with one piece of packing paper. Seen it was broken before unpacking. I have been waiting for this item to be in stock for 2 years now.

The size is perfect! The finish on it reminds me of porcelain! I put fairy lights in it and the grandsons love it!

Im really impressed how well you guys shipped it and not damaged at all!
