Wanted to love these cups. I bought 4 of them and they have all cracked in a matter of months. I use one MAYBE once a week and I never use the dishwasher. Terrible quality. Tried to return the first one that broke and shipped it and my return got denied and I didn’t get my money back.

These break extremely easily. They will be sitting in my sink. I will add a dish. It will shift slightly and touch the rim of the disposal and shatter. Very disappointed.

I've been wanting to buy this mug for some time, but my local store was out of stock for a long time. I finally picked one up a few days ago (4/5 and today is 4/7), and I've already used it for coffee and tea. Due to the reviews expressing the mugs' fragility, I've been mindful of how I handle it. I don't mind hand washing, so I've opted to hand wash rather than putting this mug in the dishwasher just to be cautious. However, so far, so good. I haven't had any issues using my handheld frother to whip my heavy cream and salted caramel sauce before pouring my coffee into the mug. I've really enjoyed using this mug and hope to continue using it regularly for hot tea and coffee.

These mugs would be absolutely perfect if they weren't so fragile. They look great, very lightweight, don't get too hot to the touch from hot beverages, however they crack and break far too easily. We've now spent an unreasonable amount on replacements and againa are back down to 3 (even though it's just the two of us using them) We haven't broken any dishes in ages, but these very sadly just don't make it past a month mark. Would love to find a more sturdy replacement.

I love these mugs. They are beautiful, modern, and are never too cold or too hot to hold regardless of the drink temp because of the double wall. The problem is they break SO easily. I’ve had 4 or 5 of them break either before they were given to me at Drive-Up, before I even got them home (it was wrapped too), or within a week of using.

I bought this mug to replace a heavier glass mug that travels with me. After more than 15 years, I finally had to retire it because it cracked where the handle meets the mug. After months of looking, I found this. It's been on many trips with me, packed on my checked airplane luggage. I love it! I can make my tea in the morning in my hotel room and it stays hot just long enough. I've even used it for a chilled adult beverage later, and no condensation. For me, it's a win-win!

This mug is awesome. I have Nespresso and used to have to warm my mug prior to pouring in the coffee as the cold mug would steal the heat away from the coffee. No such problem with this mug. The mug keeps my coffee hot until I'm some drinking it while with the regular mug, it would get Luke warm by the end. Those that complain that this mug is too fragile and shatters easily simply do not understand that it is by design. Glass is thin to minimize the heat transfer. Yes it requires gentle handling. To me, the delicacy of the mug far outweighs the benefit it brings. If you want a sturdy mug that you can throw around, this mug is not for you. Go Enjoy your cold coffee with the heavy study mug!!!

I like it because, it is a double walled mug so that the outside does not get hot even if the liquid inside is very hot. I like the fact that it’s clear. I like the fact that it’s glass because I do not think it’s good to drink out of plastic, especially not with very hot liquids. It’s very lightweight, it is not a heavier more wavy type of mug so that is something to be aware of.

I want to start by saying this glass mug is undeniably BEAUTIFUL. Hence, why I purchased three times. All three times the glass cracked or shattered within 48 hours of purchasing. By my third time, I was handling this mug more delicately than a newborn baby and even that was not enough. Such a shame, it was very briefly my favorite mug of all time, even made my coffee taste better. SMH.

I bought 6 and they all shattered. I had no idea what the deal is with them but poof- all gone. I’ve had some mugs for 20 years but these have lasted months at best.
