[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The exterior is a bit itchy and not very soft. But the pillow itself is very plump and soft interior. It is really nice looking, looks good on our couch. I really like the length of it. It has tassels at the end.

I was so disappointed how a $40 lumbar pillow could be horribly faded and almost appeared used. I purchased the rust color and every piece of rust color fabric was faded. Immediately put it back in packaging to return.
