A: Hello Jay Elle - We appreciate your interest in this product. Insert the straw given into the balloon's valve and push it in until you hear air escaping. Gently apply pressure to the balloon while keeping the straw inside. I hope this helps, happy shopping at Target! - Griffin

A: Hi Ksb – Great question! Using enclosed straw, gently blow to inflate. Remove straw. Pull twine through tab holes and hang it up for a fun celebration. I hope this helps!. - Sheng

Super adorable. Could be improved with the inclusion of a plastic straw instead of the paper one it comes with. By the last few balloons the paper straw was disintegrating and collapsing in on itself making it very difficult to inflate the balloons.

I was super skeptical when I opened this but they are incredible. Blew up very fast! I get the paper straw but I ended up having to get a plastic one for the last few letters because the paper wore out from damp breath.
