Q: Hi, one of the reviewers stated they tested these for lead and they were positive but Target says they passed testing for lead and heavy metals. What does it mean when you say they passed testing? Does that mean there’s no lead or an “acceptable “ amount?

They arrived cracked, I blame the horrible packaging by Target because the box was not designed to house two mugs travelling via FedEx from Chicago to Denver. Frustrating they arrived damaged, unless I am stopping by a store I won’t be ordering them online.

I was so excited for this beautiful heart mug. After a couple of weeks a big straight crack appeared on one side of the mug all the way down. No one has used it or washed it but me. And I have been washing it very carefully! Looks like a manufacturer defect. So sad!

I bought this mug because it looks cute in the picture. I was kind of disappointed when i received it. It’s heavy and thick. The shape of the handle works not very well especially when you hold a full cup of coffee. My fingers gets tied easily. Will not recommend.
