Q: Is it water resistant or water proof because i am going to be riding the bus.
A: You need waterproof. I’ve ridden the bus regularly in: Chicago, Baltimore, and LA(yes LA) There’s a camping spay that will waterproof coats, bags, shoes etc Finally made my windbreaker into a rain jacket

Q: Will this fit a 15.6" laptop? I know the description says up to 15" but it looks big, and I thought there may be some extra room for half an inch.
