I love this bowl! It’s beautiful and I love the curves. I used it to serve desserts and candy for a graduation.

Pretty bowl, probably only for display use. Don’t put anything wet in this, or submerge in water to wash it. Mine cracked in half.

My go to bowl for fruits. Very easy to clean . Looks very stylish on the counter top. And fits a lot of fruits inside.

Very happy with this purchase. It’s a large, good quality bowl that is both functional and decorative.

Probably good for decorations but like other people, I had an issue with mine cracking shortly after I got it and it leaked EVERYWHERE.

This bowl is beautiful, but in less than a months' time the first crack appeared (crack from top to bottom, leaking fluid from the bowl everywhere). Following this, and in rapid succession, multiple cracks formed in the same manner, top to bottom. I inspected the bowl after this and found multiple 'stress' cracks of the same kind, and this time also running the length of the bottom. This bowl is a beautiful piece but cannot be depended upon to hold liquids or anything that may leak when the bowl fractures. If you buy it, I suggest use for potting plants (although keep a dish underneathe if indoors) or holding potpourri or other items.

This is a gorgeous bowl and very versatile for decor, however I would not say this is food safe. I see in the ad and reviews others use it for food, including hot food, however I would be mindful that this wood is painted and porous. I used to keep fruit in it on the counter and quickly stopped when I realized that one part of the bowl was making the fruit moldy extremely fast. I assume the mold got into that part of the wood from the first use and simply never came out. That being said, I strictly use it for decor only now, as every piece of fruit I put near that spot now turns brown/moldy in less than a day. I think the average consumer is smart enough to see this isn’t a safe bowl for hot food, I am surprised to see it advertised that way honestly lol. Again I love the bowl, just not really food safe

Beautiful bowl, but when I got it down to use for the second time I noticed it now has a huge crack in it after hand washing once (it was never submerged in water & never dropped).
