My son earned a $20 GTAG gift card and the numbers on the card are 8 numbers too long for the space allowed to enter. We tried the Meta website and there's not a way to link the card to the device. Do not waste your $20.

The code did not work. I’ve spent hours on the phone between Target and Meta Quest to fix the problem. Neither one will take ownership and they just keep sending me back and forth. Meanwhile I’m out $20 and my son is upset he doesn’t have his shiny rocks!

I purchased a Gorilla Tag gift card online and emailed the gift card to my nephew for his birthday. When he tried to use it, the code provided in the email did not work. It stated that the card had previously been purchased.
