Cute out of the box, within a month looks like complete trash. Used it in our kitchen as a runner, attracts all the dirt. I ended up tossing it after a month and biting the bullet and buying a Ruggable washable rug.

Beautiful rug, packaging was perfect. Maybe I got lucky, or maybe they fixed the issue.

I don’t know who is the color blind person responsible for writing this rug description buts it NOT tan cream beige. No where near this. The darn rug is pure white with a silvery taupe plaid. I’m the idiot for chancing it by ordering a 7x10. Now I’ve got to lug this huge rug back to Target. For the most part the package was in one piece (just one small tear) but I can see how others had the rug ruined in transit; packing not great.

The carrier EFW delivered the rug in terrible condition. Otherwise I would have kept it. I don’t know if it’s either Targets or Magnolias bad packaging that left the rug in vulnerable shipping condition. It was rolled up with the top of the rug on the outside and with only a thin green plastic wrap. Looks like after they saw it was damaged they tried re-wrapping with clear wrap and delivered it like that. Currently in the middle of returning it. I got an email that they will be picking it up. We opened one side of the rug where it was wrapped with clear to show how dirty it was

The rug is beautiful but listen to the reviews when they say the shipping is horrible. Rug came and I love it but it’s highly damaged by bad shipping. Pictures are how it arrived to my house!

This rug was delivered to us by a company called EFW. The experience from this shipping company was absolutely terrible and unfortunately has made my experience with this rug terrible. The rug was shipped from California and was delivered by a third party carrier. The carrier himself was very unprofessional. Arrived a day late and showed up at my house after 9 PM, after calling my personal cell phone several times and saying my address was not on Google maps.., which is false. My husband even said when he delivered, he awkwardly stood there as if he wanted us to tip him before walking off. The rug itself is in terrible condition. It is ruined and will have to be returned due to the plastic shipping packaging being destroyed. I love this rug and it is super pretty and feels like great quality but unfortunately, I will not be able to use it. It is not sold in store at my local target and not eligible for mail in returns so I’m going to have to carry this massive rug to target in order to return. What an inconvenience. I had seen similar reviews to this one, but was hoping my experience would be different. Unfortunately, I think the experience originates from where the rug has to be shipped from and how the company is packaging it needs to do better with third-party companies delivering their target branded products

Great quality for the price. Soft yet durable for high traffic areas. We used in a nursery and get many compliments from friends and family.

This rug is very nice! It is thinner than we had hoped for but still a great quality rug. The color is light so maybe not the best for a high traffic area. I was happy that it didn’t shed considering it is a partial wool rug. I returned 2 rugs prior that were wool that shed terribly. I’m very happy with this rug!

Perfect in every way! This one is the 7x10. Worked out great for my dining room!

I absolutely love this rug! It looks great in our living room. However, I ordered it for the first time and it arrived with torn sections and a large black stain that was impossible to get out. I returned it, which wasn’t easy for a 9x12’ rug, and reordered. A week later, I was disappointed to see a similar, but less noticeable, black spot on the new rug. It hides well enough under my couch that I didn’t reorder for a third time. But for nearly $400 I expected the shipping to be more careful. Gorgeous rug, but beware if you’re ordering in a larger size than normal.

Beautiful rug!! Magnolia/Target need to wrap the rug better especially since it has to be shipped. I had to order the rug not once but twice and it still came in damaged/dirty. The second time I asked Target customer service for a discount and they said they could do 10% off but I would have to send back the rug again and reorder the product after waiting for a month to still receive a dirty/damaged rug. It was disappointing to say the least. I had to clean the dirt out of the rug and luckily it came out fine, but not great since it is a cream and beige rug. Target was trying to blame the shipping carrier they contract out to delivery their bigger items but it really wasn’t them. The rug just wasn’t wrapped properly or even to Target standards I would say since I see how wrapped their rugs are in store. You can see in my pictures that both of the rugs I ordered weren’t even wrapped underneath the shipping wrap which is a problem because of course the shipping wrap is going to rip during the shipping process. If it had that extra layer of plastic wrapping on the actual rug from top to bottom it probably would have been fine and not have been so dirty. So buyer beware, you might have to deal with buying a brand new rug that delivers to you dirty/damaged. Also, they can’t ship to your local Target store and have you pick it up there. I tried that the second time I ordered the rug after returning it and they said that’s a no go. Love the rug, displeased at the experience unfortunately!
