We purchased this rug when it was called Solid Washable Accent Rug - Made by Design. We washed it and it completely disintegrated in our washing machine, breaking the machine. When we reached out for support, Target said we had the wrong order number even though I shared our order confirmation email with the order number and receipt information. They said there was nothing they could do. They kept saying they couldn’t find that order number and therefore couldn’t help, even though we have the confirmation, shipping and delivery emails all with the number. We are going to be out hundreds of dollars to repair or replace machine and Target won’t do anything to help.

Well, it is machine washable, the bottom part of the rug deteriorates in the dryer so I now have to air dry them, but they do dry pretty quick

I placed this rug inside the house, closed to the patio door. It gets a lot of traffic. I put it into the washer every month to clean it. After 3–4 years of use, it still looks and work the same. I will recommend this rug.

The product arrived with black grease on the fabric even with plastic packaging.

I like this more than I thought I would. Soft and a nice neutral color.

Works very well at door. I have dogs and they cannot miss it.

Very nice rug, well made. I really like it, however....if you have pets this rug is not for you. Unfortunately the dog snagged it not long after I put it down. I highly recommend if you don't have pets!

Nice rug!!! washes well!

I have had the rug for less than two months and it is coming apart. Extremely disappointing since the previous rug was the same brand, the same type and in the same location and it lasted for about 5 years.

I have 3 of these. They wash extremely well, even with how many times my dog has peed on them. Not sure what the instructions say but but don’t put them in the dryer.

So pretty but wished they made it in bigger sizes

Nice quality and design

I was looking for a mat that would perfectly fit my tight entry way / front door so when we come into the house we have a mat to step on with our dirty shoes. This mat is perfect sized, and it is not too thick or too thin. It fits under my door perfectly. It is easy to vacuum over, and it is machine washable. The comments are right though; overtime I do have some pilling, but it doesn’t bother me since it’s just an entry door mat. I do intend to repurchase again if/when the fabric pills too much and/or if that causes trouble in opening/closing my door in the future. I hope that Target never gets rid of, or replaces, this product. It’s a basic must-have item in every household!

Great selection of washable rugs. Stays put with non-skid backing. Pretty good selection of colors.

Really good quality for the price, non-slip, which is perfect because of my kiddo. So far so good!
