A: Hello Reece - Thank you for your Question about 2.5gal Metal Beverage Tub Black. To answer your question - This tub is powder coated carbon steel, with no insulating properties. If filled with ice, the outer surface is likely to sweat, depending on humidity and temperature. I hope this helps - Sam

It's really nice looking but it did have some lack of attention in the paint, and it LEAKS from like 3 different areas, which makes it useless for its purpose. I really like it so I'm going to put silicone all around it see if that stops the leaks and makes it usable
