Q: Does this have fiberglass or any type of glass fiber in it? I see it has a zipper - can the cover be laundered?

As for the cover, it is not meant to be removed or laundered because exposing the foam for extended periods of time can void its warranty. Replaced a king topper that was 6 years old. After reading reviews and seeing that the cover did not have the raised dots on the bottom to keep it from sliding, we decided to use the original cover that has the dots. It was in excellent shape as it had always been covered with a mattress pad. We unzipped both covers and put the new foam topper in the old cover. We've been using it for 4 weeks and the topper has not slipped at all; we had no problem with the cover for 6 years. The company needs to start using the original topper covers again since they are so much better for preventing sliding.

Light weight and not so thick but very comfortable on a medium firm latex mattress that still felt a little too firm. Feels like sleeping on a marshmallow making it hard to get up in the morning.

I had the basic T&N mattress for a year, but was not satisfied with the comfort level; it was fine but not great. I added the topper, and it's so much better! I like the little extra layer of soft support. I do not find it hot. I do find that on my king size bed, it slides a little over time, but I adjust it when I change the sheets. For some reason it's still not as soft and comfy as my BF's queen size T&N mattress from several years ago; not sure what model he has. I do love my bed much more now!

The right thickness and love the material/makeup and company ethics but we couldn't get this to fit right on our king. Tried different sheets and grippers underneath but still slid and it was challenging to slide back in place alone. Bought to firm up a softer mattress and wasn't sure it would work but did in that sense. Wish it was more functionally easy. It also runs a bit hot

This version is not as good as previous versions of the mattress topper we bought several years ago. It’s fairly comfortable but there are no grips on the bottom to stop it from constantly sliding off the mattress. You frequently have to readjust the topper.

I have had a standard king size T&N mattress for one year. I slept well, had nothing to be dissatisfied about, but I would say my bed didn't thrill me. it was just "fine". It was not as supportive to my shoulder/hip when side sleeping as I wanted, so I bought the topper, and it's finally perfect. The bed overall still feels firm, but has a layer of supportive softness on top. It also makes the bed just a little higher, which I like. I do find that my king sized sheets are still too big for the mattress + topper, so don't fit tightly, but that's ok. I cover both the topper and mattress in a cotton mattress protector, then put the sheets over that. Previously, I had a "pillow top" traditional mattress, so I may have been used to that soft top effect.

I bought the mattress topper over a year ago. First of all, if you deal with hot flashes/night sweats this will probably not be for you. Although the description refers to cooling fabric, in my experience this thing holds heat like a hot water bottle. Also, it has more of a cushion feel than supportive. Which means I kind of sink into it. There is already a noticeable dip in the middle where I sleep, and I am only 120 lbs. So, if you get cold at night and like to sink into your bed, you will probably like this topper. Just not for me.

Just what my 6 year old mattress & boxspring needed. As I am getting older, I noticed that my usually preferred firmness in my bed created some sore spots that woke me up in the middle of the night. Now, I sleep better throughout the night. The topper is like a hug and I can't wait to experience it every night.

We bought an inexpensive mattress for my young son and it just wasn’t comfortable at all. Instead of tossing an otherwise good mattress we wanted to try this less expensive option. Turned out to be a great addition and his mattress is great now!
