Target does not attach an item to the plan. Target messed up my claim by sending me an email that says I paid $37 when it was only $15. I am getting the run around from all state Square protection plan.
Still have not gotten my refund, I am blocked from writing about my not getting my warranty refund, have not heard anything more about my refund, as of 2/10/2024, still waiting

I’m about 90% dissatisfied with this tablet. The parent download approval feature (for the kids to download certain apps) is plain confusing. My Amazon account is linked to it and I don’t get how I am supposed to approve apps. And not to mention it’s ridiculously slow, almost frustrating. Only thing I like about it, is that my child enjoys the few apps that he CAN use on it.

I have been using Squaretrade on electronic vacuum dolls etc and they always come trough for me I’ve never had a problem it’s better to have a warranty than have nothing and loose all .my great granddaughters are 2 yrs and 3 yes old they decide to take bubbles
Baths with there tablets and I was refunded and They are getting new ones so yes square trade is a great peace of mind .

Horrible plan!!!!!paid 29.00 for nothing. I ordered it along with my kids table online they wouldn't replace the table because I didn't have a recipe from the store but I had my online invoice and order number and they still didn't take it. Don't waste your money!

I would recommend this plan. My kids tablets had an issue and within an hour it was all resolved. The person that helped me online was amazing. I haven't had something resolved so well in a long while.

This company square trade is horrible!!! Do NOT GET THE WARRANTY! read the fine print of what they cover. It's basically nothing that a normal 3yrs old/toddler would do. I bought amazon tablet for my son Black Friday. Added 40extra for warranty! Here it is a week before Christmas and the tablet doesn't charge. I call the warranty ppl. They were rude. Told me they would give me back my payment price for the item. Which is not on sale anymore so I'm spending the same amount I just spent to get it the first time. The warranty is bull. The agent threatened to hang up on me if I didn't lower my voice so I did and asked to speak to a supervisor. He kept saying calm down or in going to hang up after I had already did. I'm going to continue to complain about this company. Waste of extra money. Tablet is in perfect condition excepy the battery won't charge
