Q: Does the back of the frame have an arm to sit frame horizontally on a table or is it hanging only?
A: It's hanging only. There is nothing included to help it to sit horizontally.

Q: Is this glass or plastic?
A: This is essentially plastic and cardboard - thus the price but it looks great and will do the job for me for now and until I can upgrade.
