Instructions for Reset the Combination lock
1. The lock is preset at 0-0-0;
2. Use a pen or something pointed to press the set button ( the small hole on the side of the lock );
3. Enter your new combination by rotating the wheels;
4. Remove the pen and push once on the opening button. Your new combination is now set.

This item must be returned within 90 days of the date it was purchased in store, shipped, delivered by a Shipt shopper, or made ready for pickup.
I purchased the 28" suitcase last year. The clasp/buckle piece on one of the zippers broke recently, so I contacted ModernLuxe customer service to inquire about it being fixed. Their response was speedy and they offered to replace the suitcase. This was not what I had expected but was much appreciated. Eliana from customer service was very helpful throughout this process!

20 inch NOT expandable

The 20” is NOT expandable. Target is advertising “20” Lightweight Luggage, Expandable.” The label on the suitcase you receive says plain as day “20% Extra Space for Expander (Only for 24/28”)”
