Q: Mine will not staple at all. I've tried new staples, it just doesn't work. unfortunately I threw out the box so I can't return it. Wasted my money. As a teacher I need a stapler that works.

Q: how do I get the bottom piece to open in order to staple a bulletin board?? i tried to open it and it still doesn't work.

Q: How long is the throat? As in, how deep of papers can you staple? Booklets 5.5 inches deep?
