Q: Is this suitable for wood floors?

A: We have tested this product on multi Mohawk flooring types and have not had any adverse reactions to date. If your flooring is from another manufacturer, we recommend checking with them if there are any specific things they advise against. It is prudent to make sure that no the area under the mats stays dry. If water or other liquids are allowed to stay under the mat, then the floor could be damaged by that.

Q: Is this ruuber safe for vinyl flooring. I think read that its not bout the rubber but the plastisiser used in the rubber, , will it break down or stain the vinyl plank flooring.

I haven't even taken the tag off put it down on the floor and immediately became dirty with footprints and water stains. I wish I could take it back but it really looks awful. Would not recommend purchasing this item. I purchased the color black.

Nice dark color. Not too thick or thin, perfect thickness. The unfortunate thing was that it turned the floors underneath yellow and we had it for about a year.

I’ve purchased 2 times. I use them for my kitchen cabinets as shelf liners. They are stylish and they do not slip like traditional shelf paper and is about as expensive. They are super easy to cut as well. Perfect for this use.

I love the looks and price of this, but it stinks to high heaven with a rubber tire smell that’s nauseating. I left it outside on my fence on a sunny day for 12 hours…no effect. Then I left it outside over the fence OVERNIGHT and into the next day…still stinks. I sprayed it with Lysol disinfectant spray - nothing. It was stinking up my entire closet with that industrial smell. My next move will be to try baking soda, but it’s very frustrating and high maintenance.
