Pure Incompetence

Never Again - 1 year ago
This is how out of touch Target is with their online business. The product I am reviewing was never sent to me. It was a struggle to get a refund as I had to prove their incompetence by them sending me the wrong product. Ordered hockey cards and received Pokémon cards. Then it was a challenge and they act like they did me a favor by “making an exception” and allowing me to return the product.

Bad Packing and Delivery - 1 year ago, Verified purchaser
I know you want the Connor Bedard short print, so do I, however, buy it somewhere else. I ordered 2 Mega Boxes, and the 2 boxes came in a shipping box that could probably fit 4 or 5 of them inside with zero protection. The cards bounced around the whole trip. In addition, the packs are not secured in the Upper Deck box, so they bounce around even more. And finally, UPS crushed my box on top of all of that so 1 of my mega boxes was crushed and Target won't allow me to get a refund on a damaged item for which I did nothing wrong with. I didn’t even open the mega box and they still won’t take it back. I will be calling the better business bureau as their recent policy change on trading cards not being returnable is absurd when you A - don’t pack it right and B - use UPS who doesn’t care about the condition of your package during shipment.

Did not receive the items ordered. Target guest services made the incorrect order very difficult to return. Item was then out of stock and had to be ordered elsewhere.

Serious one hockey - 1 year ago, Verified purchaser
Ordered serious 1 and a box of the Artifacts. Open the box and no serious one upperdeck hockey. Check tracking and shows both delivered. Go on target website to dispute package and won't let me dispute my claim

Ridiculous that they don't mention that they are out of a particular product. Item is on back order till who knows when. Been waiting for a month while the rest of the order has been delivered. Item was meant as a birthday gift but now it will probably be saved for Christmas if it ever arrives.

I opened up several megas & blasters. Can’t justify the price to card value ratio. Especially at a $60 in-store retail price. Didn’t pull anything of value. Tired of the price gouging…

I was happy none of the cards were damaged as at times cards get damaged because they aren't packed tightly in boxes to avoid them moving around. Viewing the picturs will show a estimation of what you will get for insert cards and regular cards. I tend to get better cards buying the "blaster" box "smaller" box. Nonetheless these are very nice cards but I recommend buying the smaller box.
