I was shocked to get a couple autographs from different Prestige Mega Boxes. A fair price with a lot more insert potential than some of the previous prestige NFL years.

Target needs to do better. These showed up damaged (shipping) and Target won’t do anything about it. No refund, no exchange.

I bought 3 mega boxes. I pulled 12 (#’d) cards and 1 auto. Nothing too crazy but some good hits for a young collector. Dinged corner on the auto

If zero stars was an option that's what these would be. $60 for a box of trash. Literally less than $5 in value the cards I pulled. One high numbered card who was a bum. And that's it. Seriously Panini!?! I got back into cards back in 2017 and was into it heavy up until 2022. This is exactly why. You have ruined the hobby. What a shame.

Great Looking Cards, but Poor Value - For Gamblers Only

ZSDOne - 1 year ago, Verified purchaser
Remember when Prestige had not the best looking cards, but the Mega Boxes offered fantastic value. Panini seems to have taken a 180 here - these cards are amazing looking - Panini's best looking base set outside of some very expensive hobby only products in several years. That's the good news - the bad news is that the value for price is very low. Sure, you can hit big here - however, from the three boxes I ordered, even hitting one of the better inserts in the entire set (C.J. Stroud Throwing Stars), a decent auto (Tee Higgins /99), and a Platinum /10 parallel - I feel like I didn't come close to getting the value of the price per box. And quite simply, the math here is terrible. There is a 400 card base set - and while you will get three numbered cards, the number of numbered parallels is way up compared to past years - there are numbered parallels of 399, 299, and 199 here - that suggests this stuff is being printed to the moon. Yes, you can get big autographs here - you can get one of the rare parallels, you can get one of the rare inserts - however, the odds are extremely heavily stacked against it. As I said, even with a decent autograph, one of the best rare inserts, and a /10 platinum parallel, I don't feel like I got close to my money's worth here. And what I got from three boxes is almost without a doubt way above average. Even at a bargain price, the odds are so heavily stacked against it and the production so high (and everyone who is actually a collector who opens boxes to build sets or have the cards knows what that means) that it pains me to not recommend this. Because this really is Panini's best looking base set (and parallels and autograph cards) outside of some very expensive hobby only products.

PANINI Points Dump, no more AUTOS

I bought 3 more of these Megas last week and unfortunately 2 of them had no autos and instead 400 points in them. And one Mega had no points or auto. Just be careful, after the initial offering of nice Megas with Autos, the remaining just have Panini Points in them. There is nothing worth redeeming in their REWARDS store, unless you want a MARK WALTON or ZACH METTENBERGER Autos.

These mega boxes are straight FIRE! Pulled a 4/5 Eli Manning Living Legends auto and a /25 Joe Montana Living Legends Auto. Also pulled a Jalen Carter Drip. Not too bad out of 6 mega’s. Also many 3 #’d cards per box is nice as well. Very good value for the money and a nice looking set as well.

After about 2 and a half years of increased prices and decreased offerings from Panini, this box was actually worthwhile. Despite rookies still being in their collegiate uniforms, we enjoyed opening these. We opened one box and got a Smith-Njigba auto /99 and a Lamar Jackson heroes /399.

The least expensive Panini cards for a reason because the chances of getting anything are really low. Nothing great and several pulls. Best cards out of 200 cards was a Randall Cunningham and Mark Brunell…
