2023 Panini Prizm Draft Picks Football Trading Card Mega Box

I got some great C J Stroud Prizm cards.

This is misleading as it’s mislabeled. These are college cards. I was told by several people in customer service I’d get my refund and yet no one can help me get my refund. Will not be buying from target again. Horrible customer service.

Pulled a C.J. Stroud RC so that was at least something.

Not bad. Guy down below with the 1 srar review complained about not NFL. Learn to READ. DA. Box aint bad at all. 60$ Is really cheap for boxes now days. Some boxes 1000.00

Not Returnable! The no return of this item is not visible online or on receipt. I purchased 3 brands of football cards to allow my grandsons to choose which type they wanted with plan to return others. On 12/27/23 I called Target.com because I was unable to print a return label and "Lian" told me to go to a Target store and there would be no problem. Did that today and they would not return; directed me to Target.com. Spoke with Ian today who told me to "try and sell them or give away" as they weren't returnable and apparently that info is visible if "shipping info" is clicked on. I believe this is deceptive and I no longer feel confident ordering from Target because of their lack of customer service. I can't review the cards because the package was never opened. I'm also posting this review on the second order I placed with same result.

Below is my chat, where target did absolutely nothing about a claim that I am correct about. This product is marked as an NFL product, it is NOT!!!! this is a College Football Product and is marked so on the back of the box. I know that because after I purchased it, I attempted to return it but apparently new this year (Jan 30th) you can't return trading cards. So target sold me something wrong, and then made it my fault somehow and denied the return! Don't be fooled. Me: I recently made a purchase order # 902000727332805 online Vanesa: This item cannot be returned; please reference our return policy for more information. Vanesa: This was put into effect on January 30, 2023. Me: I understand that at this point Kim was able to point me to the information. Vanesa: We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. Any feedback provided will be forwarded to our dedicated teams. Me: This is not common knowledge and this should be a grievance period of at least one year as someone such as myself doesn't buy items with the intention of returning them, so one would not check the return policy that is not open by default and is hidden, as this is less than a year old it should be in BIG BOLD LETTERS when the consumer can see it unless you are planning on sabotaging them out of their hard earned money. Thank you for further wasting my time, and doing absolutely nothing to make sure the one of your customers stays loyal and showing that we are nothing but a number to you. Vanesa: I understand. Please know your comments will be made available to the correct Leadership. As it turns out, we stand behind our return policy for all products on Target.com. This was an update made at the beginning of the year and all returns information is available to all guests. Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience caused. ay!
