A: That is the outside dimensions. The glass and mat board measure 20x20".

Q: Can you flip the matte to display either a horizontal or vertical 5x7 photo? Based on the product pictures, the hanging components cannot be switched.

A: The photo is symmetrical, 21.49" x 21.49" Matted to 5" x 7" Gallery Single Image Frame. There's not much switching that could be done with the 5" x 7 insert.

Q: I would like to put a full size print into the frame. Can you provide the interior dimensions exactly from frame edge to frame edge? Is it 20" X 20"?

A: Hi April - What a great question that is! The frame opening size in the back is 20”x20” to accommodate a 20”x20” photo/image without mat. The inner frame dimension from front of frame is 19.625”x19.625” to hold image and glass in place and the mat opening is roughly 4.75 x 6.75. A: Hi Deena - Thanks for asking about this classic black and white frame. While it's designed to hold a 5" x 7" picture, you can insert a picture up to 20" x 20". I was so disappointed that the matting is cream colored, not white. I bought 3. One frame was damaged at the corner, which was under the cardboard corner protector, but my husband put it back together with a scew. They look pretty good anyway but they would have been perfect if they were matted with white.

I love these frames, don't get me wrong... but MULTIPLE frames arrived damaged, cracked or broke in transit. I started gluing the frames back together again myself because I was too tired of having to call customer service. For the price they are being sold for I expected a little better quality. Once the frames were up though the look of the frames is fabulous! I made mine a Halloween edition since we don't have family photos quite yet! So I love them and couldn't afford anything more than them, but I'm not sure I'd suggest them

Love the look but horrible quality. Two of six came damaged. Could not print the return label from the link they sent to send back and missed the return window. Hung up four and three fell which completely broke two of them. Now I need to replace all frames with a completely different item and will choose a different store. Horrible customer service and horrible frames. May the odds be ever in your favor!

For $50+ I expected better quality. The frames are wobbly and feels like it’ll fall apart any second. Out of the 3 frames, one was too damaged to even be delivered, so target sent a replacement. Worst part is, black frames left marks on the white walls. So be careful

Super cheap quality for what you’re paying. Also the sawtooth hangers on the back are only in one spot so if you want to hang a landscape oriented photo you’ll have to install your own hanger.

I bought 4 frames and 1 out of 4 arrived damaged. I had to get it exchanged twice and both times it arrived damaged! I am giving up on the frames and going to end up returning all 4. I do not recommend!! I honestly do not even feel safe hanging it up on the wall as I feel it could fall and shatter due to cheap quality!

I ordered 4, and 2 showed up with the frames cracked/split. All shipped in separate boxes, so I’m not sure what happened. 1 of the 2 I kept does feel a bit loose, but hoping it holds. Easy to hang and looks good though.

Frames are nice but after reading several reviews about some frames coming broken, I ordered 2 more than I needed. I needed 6, ordered 8 and sure enough 2 were broken on the corners. I’ll be returning the 2 broken tomorrow.

Should have read reviews before ordering. 3 of 4 frames arrived damaged. The packaging it came in was in perfect condition, which makes me think the manufacturer packaged them broke and decided to ship anyways. Super disappointing. Of course they are out of stock and have been for a long time. Don’t recommended ordering, and unfortunately these aren’t sold in stores.

Waited for a while for them to be restocked. Worth the wait! I bought 6 online and when they arrived one had broken glass so had to return and wait again for the frames to restock. Finally have all 6 and made a gallery wall with them. One of the frames is not connected at the corner but not a deal breaker. They look stunning and can't beat the price.

Horribly cheap made for $50. If by chance that it does fall off the wall you’re screwed and you’re stuck buying a $50 frame again because it’s not made out of wood and the glass for sure will shatter because the frame falls apart almost before the glass breaks when it hits the ground and we’re talking 3 foot off the ground. It wasn’t a hard fall. I ordered six and two have broken, which leaves me having to order two more because I’ve already invested too much money.
