Mine came in a tightly packed box with molded foam protecting the top and bottom, as well as foam sheeting protecting the neck. Washed up nicely and looks exactly like the photos. Great price; will probably use this for a long time. Thanks!

I ordered two even though past reviews mentioned receiving the item broken. One of mine arrived broken. The individual boxes are not marked as fragile anywhere and the warehouse put almost no bubble wrap inside a large box. The two glass carafes just rattle around inside the large box which is why one arrived broken. LiveChat was great about sending a replacement to me immediately. Hopefully it will be packaged better.

I ordered this three times and it came broken each time. They need to ship it with the cup and vase packaged separately instead of with the cup taped onto the vase. A shame because it looks nice if it were whole.
