When setting the time, be sure to only use the time-setting wheel on the back of the clock. Moving the hands manually will cause damage to the clock's ability to tell time correctly. Bought this clock and went to put the battery in and the entire mechanism box which is made of cheap plastic literally fell apart. I am returning tomorrow.

I wish I could give this zero stars. This clock has been an issue since we bought it, it doesn’t hold the correct time and today the minute hand completely fell off.

This item does not keep time. Put fresh batteries in it and the mechanics would not keep up. The hands are thin and and get tangled up.

Please gently untangle the hands and carefully bend the hands away from each other to create a bit more separation between the two hands. You may only need to bend the minute hand a bit. I love this clock it goes so well with my farmhouse motif. It’s a pretty good size so make sure your measurements are accurate. Love the white rustic color, the hands are nice, it’s a quiet clock. The clock is well made! Excellent quality and craftsmanship. There is a single bracket on the back for hanging, which is perfect!!!! You will need one double A battery. Love this clock! The clock is super cute and a good size (especially for the price). It is perfect for what I needed, as I specifically wanted a white and black clock that was at least 24 inches. I looked online for several days before ordering this one. And, I nearly backed out over reviews that the clock would not keep time. I am glad that I took the chance. The clock hand is on the flimsy side, but so far, it is keeping time with no issues.
