This paint does not stick to any canvas and dries blotchy. (Even after 2 coats) It’s the “neon finish” paints that so this, stick to the satin finish!
Love it

Really like the thickness of this acrylic paint on canvases and such. Tried using it to paint my shoes this time and used about 5 coats of paint and chipped. I know it’s not meant for that specific material but I still really love the vibrancy and the quality of these paints for all my other projects.
Not great paint quality

This paint doesn’t stick that well to the canvas. It doesn’t really come out the color that it is supposed to be.
Nice quality paint for kids projects

I did not think this paint worked particularly well. It's a cute package and color, but the end result was not great.

The paint was very gloppy and did not paint very well. But the other color I bought was very nice.

I have used other mondo llama products including various colors of acrylic paint. They have all worked wonderfully. This was not the case with the neon paint. It is so uneven, thin and the weirdest texture. I even tried to blend it with white of another brand and it even mixed weird and streaky. This is such a disappointment. I hope they take this off the shelves and fix this product asap.
Vibrant but a little transparent

The color (neon pink) was very vibrant but required a few coats to be opaque.
Not worth it

So thin, takes at least 5 layers to build up any type of real color. Picture is after two coats.

Very thin paint, watery. I loved the Made Modern acrylic paints and this quality pales in comparison. I painted two coats for a background on a canvas and you can still see the canvas through it.

Bought this paint to make little green footprints around the house for St. Patrick’s Day. The paint was a brilliant color and very easy to clean up.

I bought all the colors because I really liked the satin colors. It was disappointing, I've messed with these so much to see if there is a trick to make it cover better. Not really, some of the colors were thick and boom great but the others were not thickening up no matter how much I mix it. BUT I just found that these (NOT the July firefly) glow really well in UV/black light so maybe use these as a overlay to help other colors pop more since its thin and does not dry thick with 1 layer. Dark base helps these POP more as well.

So the color is really nice, however, 4 coats later and it’s still hardly any cover. They need to make this paint thicker. I’m going to use it as a top coat with a different paint as the base. The color is pretty but unless you plan on doing 10 coats, it’s just not going to give you the cover you need.
I like Mondo Llama, but...

The other reviews are correct. This paint is oddly transparent for an acrylic and takes many ciats to be properly opaque, and the odd viscocity of the paint itself makes it streaky and uneven. Different pigments require different ratios of pigment to binder, so maybe the ratio for the neon paints needs to be revisited, but for 2.29 a bottle, a higher price for a craft acrylic of this size, it's really not worth it at all.

Streaky and uneven finish, pretty color but no even coverage, and expensive for how much you get
