Q: Is this genuine teak or something like rubberwood stained in teak, or is it a manmade composite? What care is recommended for these chairs, particularly the seats and back?

A: The wood is slotted acacia wood with a teak stain. We recommend covering the items when not in use with an outdoor furniture cover.

one year later and not lasting at all. Needing to be re-stained, screws coming out, unstable. Not worth the money.
