It's cute don't get me wrong, however… the drill wholes are off, it's gappy and very uneven, spent more time then I needed to trying to make it look right, and still looks VERY cheaply made, I HATE the cardboard back, it's not worth its price point, better spending 200 more on something reliable.

I have the L shaped desk that is the same line as this library base. It works well for the reasons I purchased it. My husband and I put it together. It went ok but a few pieces weren't labeled and directions not clear enough in a couple cases; therefore had to redo a couple areas. But we had never put together furniture like this before. Once it was finished, it looked good. I only gave 4 stars because of the reasons above. Otherwise the piece itself is really nice and solid.

This is a very attractive library base and I enjoyed assembling it. Sauder has gotten better over the years and the instructions were very clear and easy to follow. All the needed hardware and even glue was supplied.

Husband got it put together in less than 90 minutes. Looks good, room for adjustments so it lined up well. Pull door opens smoothly & swinging doors open nicely. Color is very nice, has a nice finish look to it with knots to give it an original look. Thinking about getting a few more pieces.

I love Sauder products generally. I have got a desk already then I purchased this cabinet with same color. It looks really nice and elegant in the room and was easy to assemble. I would have given it 5 stars if it was a little bit bigger to allow more storage.

We ordered two of these base cabinets. The drawer on one of them took a little finessing to line it up where it did not drag on the door below. Still isn't exactly straight but it will work.

Using it as a coffee stand. This was pretty easy to assemble, but I did not like the cardboard backing. Adjustable euro hinges were nice and easy to deal with. It was tricky when assembling the top to the rest of the cabinet but my wife and I managed it.

I bought three of these with the matching hutch to build a wall unit for my home office. Very pleased with how it looks and the functionality and storage space. Assembly was very easy and straight forward. Very fair sale price for particle board and printed wood grain paper construction. Should last long enough to get me by until I build my own custom furniture.

Assembly wasn't too bad, but there is a gap between the right door and the bottom of the drawer; otherwise, it's good. I really like the smart look of this accent chest.
