I really love the look of these stools. Overall they were not hard to put together, but one stool did not have properly aligned holes for the screws, I screwed the pieces together as best I could, then reinforced with some wood glue. The other stool went together perfectly. They seem very sturdy, but I've only had them for two weeks, so I can't speak to longevity.
You get what you pay for....

These chairs are so beautiful, but unfortunately, they aren't made well and are almost guaranteed to break. Not sure if it's the design that doesn't hold much weight or what (nobody over 140 lbs ever sat on them), but I bought two sets of these, 4 total, and they're almost all broken in the exact same spot. One set didn't even come with the proper holes drilled in, so I had to reference the other set to assemble them properly. Do yourself a favor and don't purchase.
