Q: Does this have a timer?
A: This does not have a timer option. It will run until it uses all the water or until it is manually shut off.

Q: How do you adjust the amount of moisture it puts out. It seems to only have one speed/output level.
A: To cycle through the mist output, you will need to use the power button. When pushing the power button once it is on low, twice is medium, the third push is high and the fourth push is off.

Q: How do you scrape mold out of the inner tank? The hole is too small and the tank is too deep to reach the bottom from what I'm seeing.
A: We suggest you soak the tank in a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water and use a bottle brush to reach inside of the tank and the mist tube.

Q: I have noticed after a few days use that the tank fogs up inside. Is this normal?
A: This can just be due to condensation on the tank. This can be normal.

Q: What is the surface of the humidifier treated with in order to keep mold from growing?
A: The inside of the water tank is treated with silver clean technology that help stop the growth of mold and bacteria inside of that tank.

Q: What type of water to use, tap or distilled and does it leave a white mist on furniture
A: Tap water is ok to use in the unit, but if you have hard water then you may get a white dust. Distilled water is the better option if you do have hard water.
