Q: It's very hard to tell what shade of Brown this mirror is online. Can anyone help me? Is this lighter like oak or darker like walnut? Thanks!

submitted byMichelle - 4 years agoTarget staff supportA: Same here. Purchased one mirror in store, packaging states natural wood color. I purchased a second one online- only two options given, brown or black. Purchased the brown option for store pick up. When picked up, I noticed it looked a shade lighter than my other mirror. The packaging for the second mirror is called “golden pretzel”. So they are definitely NOT the same color and the packaging actually lists them as different colors. But online, only an option of brown or black is given. So be careful when buying online, you may end up with natural wood or golden pretzel. Natural wood is closer to a richer oak color and golden pretzel is a light golden brown. The texture of wood is also different between the two colors of brown.
submitted byJennifer - 3 years agoA: Sadly, when I ordered two for matching vanities I was sent two different brown finishes. Natural wood and golden pretzel. They look nothing alike so be careful bc they are only listed as “brown”.

While I like the way this mirror looks, it was very difficult to hang. Although I carefully leveled the hanging template and installed the screws, the mirror was crooked. After many frustrating attempts to fix it, I checked to see if the hanging tabs on the back of the mirror were level. Turns out they were not! Once I finally got it level, I am happy with it, but it was very difficult to do so.

Don’t bother! These were packed in boxes with no support whatsoever! Order two and both arrived completely shattered all over! The fact that Target expects me to return these in this terrible condition is a Joke! Mirrors shards all over boxes! Not even safe. Very disappointed in this packaging!

This mirror is beautiful and quite large. I love the wooden frame design and the price is right for the quality. Hanging the mirror is a bit difficult, but it comes with a leveling guide and hardware. I recommend buying this mirror in person since many of the mirrors in the store had defects and blemishes.
