I knew something was off when I saw how small the box were. I have been searching all over the place for 63 width blinds and was excited I found them on Target and for a reasonable price. But when I open the box this is what I found. No blinds! Some collars? I will be returning and now the blinds are out of stock! So I will go to some home improvement stores to see if I can find them in a store.

Honestly for the price, I thought these would be cheap flimsy vinyl blinds. But I quickly was corrected upon receiving these. They were not only, even cost effective, they were well made and worked perfect. Thank you Target and Chicology!
