You can deflate and use again! Which we will be doing for our multiple children! Our first purchase popped and was incorrectly seamed on the side - our second purchase was great! We’ve bought several of these balloons from target over the years and only had 1 with issues and it happened to be this one/the number three! The size is perfect as well - big enough for children to hold and feel special, small enough that it doesn’t take up too much space.
