35L Travel Backpack - Open Story™

Let me start by saying I am not a backpack person. My daughter purchased these for our last minute trip to see my mom (we did not want to pay for checked baggage). The backpack has so many pockets to fit all the essentials. I was able to fit three outfits, toiletries, my clutch, phone charger and other things for the trip. The price was steep but so far so good.

I had heard amazing things about this backpack so purchased it before my month-long trip through Asia. Unfortunately, the quality was not great. One of the backpack straps completely broke and the carabiner-esque attachment basically snapped. I was worried the other strap would break as well if it was carrying the full weight, so I had to find a replacement backpack in the middle of my trip. Just want to warn anyone who is thinking of using this for a trip :(

Very big, able to hold size on gaming console

This is well designed to travel with all of the modern technology that we now use daily.

So close....size, quality, roominess are great. One thing is missing...no water bottle pocket!

I own two of these bags and have traveled across the world with them. I easily packed over a week’s worth of clothing and was able to carry it without difficulty. I have fit it in both the cabin and under the seat, but stuff it less full for under the seat placement. I love these bags and even recently bought one for a family member.

I bought five of these bags with matching rolling carryons for my family. One of them ripped instantly. Another one had the strap pop off in the airport. They are garbage. Do not buy.

Used this traveling to NY and it held everything I needed for 3 days. Great purchase

Great backpack BUT you can’t fit any type of tsa lock through the zippers- terrible thing to overlook in a travel backpack

This bag is fine for light travel. It felt a little flimsy for our needs and wasn’t quite as roomy as we hoped, so we ended up returning it. A good bag for maybe an overnighter, short weekend on travel, but not a long term bag for our uses.

I got this backpack to travel from Chicago to Seattle for a weekend. I knew I was spending 12+ hours exploring the city before I’d be able to put my luggage anywhere so my usual rolling luggage would’ve been a pain. I’m a chronic overpacker so I knew it’d be a challenge for me to take a backpack. This had so many good features that made it exceed my expectations! • I was SO pleasantly surprised with how roomy this is & that it basically is just like a standard carry-on size (see picture for comparison), but for your back. It somehow still didn’t feel obnoxiously large on my back though. • I loved the hidden laptop pocket right behind where your back is when you’re wearing it. I felt secure that my ipad was close by & not easy for someone to grab out of my bag while I was walking. • The front pockets are nice for miscellaneous items & have plenty of storage. • The straps are comfortable & have the buckles in the front to close across your chest. • There are buckles on the outside sides to help compress the items in the bag once it’s packed. The only thing I would’ve liked additional would’ve been other colors!

Love this bag! Very spacious for when traveling. I brought 3 and it had several compartments to put clothes and shoes.

Worked perfectly as a carry on for a Delta flight. Easy to carry around airports. Great value especially when on sale.

Great size. No trouble fitting it on airlines under the seat or in the bin. A good size for traveling. Love the handle at the top and on the side for carrying options. Straps are comfy and thick. I love this bag.
