Item arrived with broken glass.

Like the image and the frame! I almost missed the issue. Quality not so much - staples visible through the frame and picture not flushed to glass. No way to Fix. :/

I didn't have any troubles with this breaking in transit like others however I find the glass to have a terrible glare at times. Most of the time from certain angles I am unable to see the print and it just looks like a reflection of the room. I almost wish my glass had broken so I could use the art without it!

Didn't even have to open the box to know. Don't know why they don't change the packaging if that's clearly the common theme here!

Arrived in perfect condition. The frame is a nice walnut brown and the glass was clean. It was just what I was looking for and looks absolutely perfect in my living room above the fireplace!

I bought this to hang over my bed. The colors are muted and so peaceful.

Great quality! The subtle golden color gives the autumn vibes I was hoping for. No issues with the shipping at all! It actually came well wrapped with lots of styrofoam so I am surprised to see so many arriving damaged in the reviews. Maybe they fixed the issue. Overall highly recommend!

I held back on purchasing this as a lot of others indicated it often arrived damanged, and it is a large piece to clean up glass for. It went on sale, so I thought why not. It does depend on who is fufilling the shipment, as mine came the way it should be shipped. Very well packed with corner foam, glass foam, bubble wrap, and in a proper box that was snug. FedEx could have thrown it on my porch and it would have not broke, but I can def see how having this shipped from a store would not have that level of care.

I'm not even opening the box, I can hear all the broken glass. Hoping Target can provide a replacement.

This wall art is so pretty but just like everyone else. It arrived broken. They use ontrac delivery services. My ring recorded the video of the delivery guy throwing it on my porch and you can hear all the glass just break! So upsetting I was waiting for this frame.

It’s a beautiful piece but mine also arrived cracked and broken glass! Such a shame because it’s on sale! Boohoo

The artwork is so pretty! I love having nature art that looks like my part of the world. The frame and glass feel sturdy, and it's a good size to make a bit of a statement. Mine arrived very well packaged and in perfect condition.

I should have read the reviews first, because mine arrived with the glass completely shattered like so many other buyers and now I need to take it back to a store for a refund. It’s a shame because I really liked the picture. Buy it at your own risk.

This product arrived shattered and I was sent a replacement that was also shattered. Now I'm stuck with 2 huge boxes and broken glass they say I need to dispose of.

This is so beautiful and the quality well exceeded my expectations. I was hesitant to order it online because of some of the reviews, but mine arrived well packaged and in perfect condition.

This picture is gorgeous, but like the other reviewers, mine arrived with the glass completely shattered. To make it worse, this is huge - I had to take the car seat out of my car to be able to return it, AND a shipping fee was deducted from my return amount, even though the return was made due to shipper-caused damage. Disappointing.

Beautiful piece and VERY solid, BUT, online it looks more “moody” and has more of a brown hue to it. In person it’s just like a picture I took with my phone, no vintage feel to it.
