Thought it would be more like real marble. Looks okay from a distance but close up looks like a block of wood wrapped in shelving paper

For the price, NOT worth it….too many imperfections. The base isn’t well made, the lamp shades (the threads are coming out), just not neatly done. For the price it should be flawless. Would not buy!!!!!

Slightly smaller than I anticipated, but still a good size for our nightstands. My only complaint is the faux marble almost seems like contact paper over plastic. Definitely not as nice as I was thinking and if I had seen these in person, I probably wouldn’t have purchased. Looks good from far though, so I decided to keep. Really like having the USB port.

I have several other faux marble items and these are very different from what I was expecting. The wrap is nicely done on the lamp, but they have a bit of a sheen from the gloss finish of the wrap that I was not expecting. I have been using them for several weeks now and it doesn't bother me, but it was definitely a shock when I pulled it out of the box!
