Q: Are the LED bulbs changeable?

A: Please have Target.com change product description "Bulb Base Size: Non-Removable Integrated Bulb". I almost cancelled my order due to this mislabeling.

Q: How will the touch feature work on these lamps if they're plugged into an outlet that is controlled by a wall switch? For instance, will the wall switch turn the lights on?

A: Hi - the wall switch would send power to the lamps, but to turn them on you would still touch the lamp itself. If the wall switch was in the "off" position, touching the lamps would not do anything. Hope that helps. Thank you for the question!

Q: The lamps are very sensitive and turn on when they are not touched. How do I stop this from happening?

A: Hi - if you have them plugged into a power strip the surge protector can sometimes cause the lamp to get a false reading and turn on or off. Try a different outlet and see if that does the trick. A: Hello - you will have to set the lamp shade on top and screw down a finial to keep in in place, but that's it. Super easy and doesn't take any time at all. Hope this answers your question! Thank you for asking!

Received them November 2022, 1st let me say we loved the look and the touch feature. But! Here it is less than 2 years later, one of the lamp that is used the most keeps turning off and on when you turn it on. I'm afraid it will cause a short in the wiring. Going in the trash!

just got them yesterday and they started turning off by themselves called customer service and they sent it on to a tech and they called back and all we had to do was change the blub out works great fixing to order another pair for the bedroom

I bought these lamps last year and love them...except tonight one was flickering on all by itself every 10 seconds or so. I had to unplug it so I could sleep. I am wondering why and if it is a fire hazard if it does it when I am away.

I think the quality is poor, very light weight and smaller than I expected. $129 is fair for two lamps at 62 each but coming from Lamps Pllus I would have thought the quality would have been better. Design is modern and the touch is annoying because of you touch it anywhere it turns off and on not just the base.
I would not recommend.

Lovers this lamps at first. Fit perfectly on my end tables and loved the USB Ports. A few weeks after receiving, I can’t leave the bulbs tightened in the lamp because the lamps turn on and off by themselves. Now the second one is doing it. Will need to replace these less than quality lamps.

Lamps are nice looking but from the day i got it one of the lamps constantly shuts off you turn it back on it may stay on for a minute and turns back off.and I don’t have original package to send back so I guess i have to eat the cost would not recommend

Hi - these are touch lamps and can be sensitive to power strips, so if you have the lamps plugged into one try going straight into the wall plug instead. If that does not improve matters please contact us through your Target account and we can troubleshoot the issue for you and help you out.
