Very good quality and arrived in perfect condition. The ability to to adjust height levels is very unique and although I didn't think I would use it, turned out that I did. Great feature. My only negative is that when you tend to extend the arm to the full length, it becomes a little top heavy on that side, so I use it not fully extended. I ordered the natural linen shade but it's not off white as I thought. The backing is a medium brown so when the lamp is turned on, the color is a medium brown tone, which I actually like. Still love the lamp and would highly recommend.
