After measuring out the space for the painting, my husband and I realized that our hammers were down the street at the neighbor's house. Instead of using a shoe for a hammer (LOL) we used our 3M CLAW Drywall Picture Hanger. It worked like a charm. It took literally five seconds to get the hanger in the wall and another 30 seconds to hang the painting. I will definitely use these again and again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] these things are awesome! a really strong and stable hold and installing them was very easy - no tools needed, and I know I'll be happy about an easy process patching up the small holes when we move. Our pictures don't meet the 65lb weight max but they are pretty heavy, maybe 50lbs, and the number of claws on each hook really help me feel like there's not a chance of them falling -

I was skeptical initially looking at it but once I read the instructions and followed the diagrams I gave it a try. It holds a large wooden framed mirror in the basement that is heavy and it worked. Wow.

I have not been able to see how heavy of a picture it would hold, but it seems like it would hold anything you wanted to be able to hang up. It is also very easy to install, doesn't require much measuring, and if you need to move it, it seems like it would leave minimal damage to the wall. Great way to hang pictures

It took a bit of pushing, but was much simpler than I expected. The directions were clear and easy to follow, and I didn’t even break a sweat (from stress or exertion!) while hanging my painting. This is a huge time and energy saver.

This one is better though because it can support more weight on it. I used it for a heavy full size mirror in my bedroom. My husband installed it fast and I'm not worried about it moving or falling. I was given this claw to review.

Dad didn’t want to “tear up” the walls with holes for all of Mom’s art work so I got these for them to try. They are in love with them. Dad said they were easy and simple to apply, Apple Sauce (the dog) could do it. I asked them for pics to prove it but, crickets. Dad said they hold the weight they say and feels comfortable to say they could easily hold more.

It only weights about 15 lbs, but I don't trust hangers, so I usually have to sit it on the mantle to support it. This hanger was easy to install and allowed me to put my shadowbox right where I wanted it.

He has some artwork he has wanted to hang up for a few years now. He literally had them up within 5 min and they look amazing and are holding strong. I always like to hang up items that are less than the maximum weight allowed just for safety reasons. I hung up picture that was only 40 lb and very happy with how well this worked.

The hanger is easy to push into the drywall, with no tools required! The directions are easy to follow, and I like how spot markers are included, which makes it easier to attach the hanger. I used it to hang up a heavy antique mirror, and so far so good.
