Hardware was extremely hard to mount- a little plastic clip has to click into the bracket. Once it was mounted, the whole thing was extremely wobbly. We have a lot of experience with installing hardware, and never have had such poor quality fixtures. Will return immediately.

Consumer: To eliminate the wobble, please remove the post from the wall plates and tighten the wall plates to the wall. They should sit flush on the wall. If this step is complete, and the attachment still wobbles, it means the wall plates were installed too far apart from each other.
