Cute. Then you wash it….it like hardened probably because it’s made of plastics. It’s too short for the bed and it’s become misshaped after 2 washes. Highly recommend NOT buying this.

Same issue as everyone else has described. Washed and dry per instructions and now a big blob in the center. I’ve liked all Hearth & Hand products and will continue to do so. Just one bad apple in the bunch. Purchased in March, was thinking to exchange but with all reviews going to request a refund. Hopefully.

I saw this online and thought it looked nice and was affordable compared to other brands. I saw the bad reviews but went ahead anyways. Upon receiving it I realized it was very rough to the touch and not as soft as I imagined but thought a wash would help. It was still rough after a wash. It also wrinkles very easily and I wouldn’t dare leave it in the dryer for longer than 15 minutes on low because I did notice some spots start to shrivel/ shrink up. I had to steam it for over 30 min to get most wrinkles out. The fabric is not favorable.

I was so excited for this comforter but it’s awful. The top fabric is scratchy and it’s so loose and flimsy. It’s bulky without decent weight to make it cozy. And like others said, the wrinkles are the worst I have ever seen.

I have to add my review to the list of others that were terribly disappointed after the first wash. I love Hearth & Hand products and have always been confident in the quality of their line until now. Like everyone else, I found hard, crunchy plastic areas throughout my comforter after the first wash. I can't imagine a reputable company putting out a product with such clear defects and with no recall in sight. I will be following up to see what recourse we all might have. Spending $100 on an item I don't feel comfortable using for both comfort and safety reasons is extremely unacceptable.

DO NOT BUY, I wish I saw the reviews before I bought this comforter in store. 1st wash/dry per instructions completely destroyed the comforter. I went to make the bed and noticed a large hard, crunchy and stained portion of the comforter! Very disappointed!

Same comments as the others. So sad, because it’s a lovely and comfortable comforter, but 1) it’s too short - it’s shorter than my queen sheets, so it looks weird and 2) after the first wash, following the instructions, the interior gets stuck in places and stiff. It’s not worth the $95 I spent on it.

Only giving this 3 stars because it is super pretty and was the exact color I wanted. However, it wrinkles so fast and the outside layers is so itchy and not comfortable. Wish it was a little softer and more washer friendly. If it’s in a guest room that barely never gets used I would say it’s very nice to the eye.

I overall loved this comforter but it ripped twice. I had the first one replaced a year after buying it cause it have a tear and I just returned the second cause of a year a year after receiving the replacement.

Poor quality-if it didn’t need to be washed, it would be perfect. It looks nice. But when we washed it and dried it (according to the manufacturer instructions) it ended up having some hard crunchy stuff inside the comforter. Some spots even looked like they were burning through. It smelled like something was burning as well (and we even used our “air fluff” setting. Do not buy!

Loved this comforter until I washed it! As others said in the comments below, after the wash/drying process, something inside the comforter hardens and gets stiff and crunchy and it’s extremely uncomfortable to lay under. So disappointing because this happened a couple of weeks after I purchased it so $100 is down the drain. It is a beautiful comforter but it’s poorly made.

Not happy with this comforter. I have washed and dried twice. Wrinkles horribly in the dryer. I’ve had to iron it out…definitely not worth the price. Invest in a better quality if you’re looking for comfort and look.
