I like having a visual, and the printed directions were confusing. Having pipes pre-marked would have made it much easier because video is pretty vague on which ones to use.

Plenty of room for the various products (and bath toys) for a family of 3, and what a space saver! This unit is working very well now that it is installed. It was difficult getting the pieces "stacked" together, without anything falling out of the end, so the spring mechanism worked correctly. There are collars that would have helped, but the instructions are not the best; they only made sense after we figured it out on our own, if that makes sense? Beteween two of us, each holding an end, it worked. I was a bit worried after installation because it seemed rickety during my husband's "shake test", but it's quite stable and we haven't had any issues for the month-ish we've been using it.

Unless you have the patience of Job, don't waste your precious time trying to decipher the instructions that are included. This is poorly designed and the amount of wasted time spent on the instructions is not worth it.

Followed the instructions according to the measurement of open space (which parts to use/not to use). Ended up being much shorter than needed. Triple-checked and had the measurements correct. So then had to try adding parts to make it the right length, hard to put together and balance everything and having to make trips back and forth to the tub to see if it'd fit. Got it to the right size and up and it's super wobbly and not sturdy at all. The baskets keep falling down even with nothing in them.

I read some of the bad reviews but decide to give this product a chance regardless. If you follow the directions including measuring the height of where you are placing it and using the included chart of which poles to use I have had zero issues so far. I did purchase some extra suction cups for each rack for added support for a previous shower rack that I am using but I don't know if they were needed. I do wish there were some hooks on one of the shelves for razors or bath poofs but overall I'm satisfied as I didn't want something hanging from my showerhead anymore. I have not put heavy shampoo and conditioner bottles on the racks yet but I think it would support them.
